Midfielder Nicky Hofs has signed a two-year deal with Vitesse Arnhem after joining from Eredivise rivals Feyenoord for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old spent last season on loan at the Arnhem club, for whom he also played for three seasons from 2001 to 2004.
Hofs had been hoping to move abroad but the offers did not come and he has now decided to commit to Vitesse.
He told AD Sportwereld: "I have always said that I would love to go back to Vitesse. We only had a financial disagreement, but that is solved now."
Vitesse had already agreed an undisclosed fee with Feyenoord for Hofs.
