Riise closing in on Fulham switch

Bjorn Helge Riise's agent has confirmed the Lillestrom player is in talks over a move to Roy Hodgson's Fulham.

Riise, young brother of former Liverpool defender John Arne, has been linked with a move to England for some time and Fulham are now ready to offer Riise the chance to ply his trade in the Premier League.

The 26-year-old versatile midfielder is a full Norway international after stepping up through the Under-21s.

Riise's represetative, Tore Pedersen told Skysports: "We are in talks with Fulham about a move.

"I am having some meetings and hopefully I will have more news later."
